Why so cheap? What's wrong with it?

its GS 5 speed ...., its 300000KM , but it is original ... and the cylinder heads had just been replaced.. runs good.. all major tune ups had been made like , timing belt , water pump , some of the belts are new , and lots of other small stuff like that , also the A/C works good...
