I went to a supplier today, and got some quotes.. About $200 for a 4'x8' sheet of smoked Lexan, about $50 to make a template, and $85/ hour, to cut it. I don't know how much this will translate to price per pair, but I will still do it for $65. This is, of course after I get the go-ahead from this site.
Look for my [GI] for these soon, and sign up so I know I have enough people to be able to afford making them.
If one of you can make a digital template, I'll send you a set for just the price of shipping.
I am also making Lexan windows for my car (side, and rear), and a plastic piece for the entire bottom of my car, for smoother arerodynamics, and downforce. These should get me another 4 MPG. This will all be in my worklog, eventually.
