Central Locking not working!!

This forum is for discussion of topics relating to MX-3 lighting such as Headlights, Tail lights, Accessory Lights, Interior Lights, Etc. For example, Rear Euro Altezza Style Tail lights, Headlight units, LED's, HID's, Bulbs, Interior lights, Neons, Strobes, Auxillary Lights/Fogs or anything filament and gas discharge related.
Also anything dealing with the elctrical system.

Central Locking not working!!

I have a problem with the central locking not working. Bought the car last year as a project (95, V6), but due to little time progress is slow. Removed door cards, drivers side has a after market acuator for the alarm. But the alarm doesn't work. there is a square 4 pin connector empty and a 3 pin to the door lock.; This has been part removed from the circuit, probaly for the alarm. I'm not fussed about the alarm working yet, but can anyone give an idea what this 4 pin connector is for and if so what is missing? :?
