I completely disagree , I think that is nice tuner work , the only thing I see thats ricey is the painted hood prop. The back shaved window isn't my taste but nice work on it You should look into doing custom hydraulic arms for it and it would be very unique.

I really think that you are just mixing up your nouns ,
Rice = something that looks like it's off the wall at walmart
Tuner = someone who puts time into making something look asthetically pleasing

He has a stock motor but has a rice body kit, rice lambo doors, rice fiberglassed pink interior, rice gas door, rice hatch, etc etc. I can keep going on for days but I'm keeping it civil. God forbid I posted this up on other local forums around me they would have fun cracking on this car for weeks.

Generally I like it. I've never been a huge fan of Rasberry paints, but that's just me. Also, I think the rear hatch window is something that kind of defines the MX-3, but it was interesting to see someone experiment with it. Otherwise, lots of work went into the car, and it looks clean.

This thread is the reason I shy away from using the term 'rice' in forums, it tends to lead to conflict very quickly.

Illa, you're generally respected on these forums, and you had a nice MX. I like the new FD as well. Not trying to sound like I'm ganging up on you but it seems excessive to shoot down a member's ride. Colin's a bodyman, it's only natural he'd showcase his skills on his car. We're all on here with the same interests. Be nice.

Hey may be newer to these boards, but whats would be the point in joining a forum unless you need to? Im sorta confused on that part. Ive seen other rides that he has had, not personally but on other forums, and he has always done a fantastic job, from the blue/white escort, to his 323, now to this. Nothing less that great work all the time, I have never met Colin personally but I have somehow always ended up on the same forums as him, kinda spooky actually. And from what I have read/seen online, hes not the type of person that lets the internets eat at him because someone doesn't like HIS ride that he wanted to show people.

WOW Illa come on I had no clue you said all that! I am a bodyman by trade and it's what I know make things ppl have into my own creations. But I will tell you I live In Toronto where, well it's nothing at all like the sticks, it's like NY were ppl get shot all the time (my g/f works as a Nurse in Emerge in one of the hardest areas in the Toronto area and she see's that everyday!) so were not far off No worries though I know there will always be critisism in my cars cause ppl are different! Lets all be friends and thanxs I hope to win a few this yr!
