I go to school in a small town, and my girlfriend is a substitute teacher up here until I graduate. She was called in today because the guy in that article above killed a 12 yr old in a hit n run. Obviously, people will look at that and go wow, he should pay. However, that same man has been arrested and served time for drunk driving, and has over 7 DWI's since 2000. Drunk driving is far more dangerous than street racing, and I feel we need stronger laws like those seen in some European countries where if you drive drunk, you lose your license...permanently...
Why can't the politicians talk about things like this, rather than healthcare healthcare, iraq and who's not qualified?
