Shift problem ...slave cylinder?? maybe? help!

Post by Cuban »

Okay well today im trying to get my car out of the parking lot and i notice an unexpected stall. I been driving for manual for enough time, and i knew right away that there's something fishy. So i finnally get my car out and i notice that every time i hold the clutch down for long enough the car starts to stall ?!? And to make things worse at some points like my breaks don't work, im not kidding! like the i press down the clutch the car is moving i press the breaks and the car doesn't stop lmfao! i had to use my e-break...also to add to the problem the car gears get jammed, like i am unable to change gears.... :? and yeah this stupid problem has been bothering me all day,i stalled in middle of an intersections and cuz of this bullcr*p and i need it fixed. reallly annoying :@ i have notice though if i go from neutral each time the car is okay. but thats just not cool :( maybe im doing something wrong ??? although i doubt it, because not being able to change gears with the clutch down to me is a sign of something is wrong. But hey correct me if i am wrong, and for the record im new here :) ( Mx-3 SOHC 4 cylinder 1993 (not sure about year) )

-if your to lazy to read the above, ill just make a summary
:crying:
PROBLEM:
-clutch down, gears don't want to move (jammed), car stalls.
-OR, clutch down, car moves while in gear but breaks don't work. so forced to use e-break (result me almost smashing into my garage pillar LOL)
-me very frustrated!

NOTE:
- apparently my a rad is leaking, perhaps that is adding to the problem?

Thanks in advance, i am going to drive it a little more, and figure out EXACTLY what the problem is because by the way i describe it, it sounds silly. so ill update soon times.

Cant remember how much the Master cylinder cost. I bought it from autozone and installed it myself. So, how much ever it costs at your local parts store.
