215 50 r15's fit with a 38mm backspace?

Thinking of getting some Kosei K1 TS 15x7 and using 215 50 R15's to get an exact match in size to the stock 15's and 14's.Running H&R's with ZX2 stuts...Just wondering if anyone thinks that this will rub fender.

No you should be fine...I'm actually looking to go with a 30-35mm offset on mine soon.
