whos got a 1.5 mx3 ?

just wandering how many people have got the 1.5 version and how fast they are standard aand what have u done too make it quicker

There's only the 1.6 version, and that's the lowest one. I have it... only has 80 HP. It's also known as the grocery getter

Nope, sorry. First of all, the SOHC 1.6L was rated at 88hp. Not 80.

The JDM version of the Mx-3 has a DOHC 1.5L that was pretty robust and put down HP levels fairly close to the 1.8L BP with few mods.

yeah my 1.5l is dohc and sure its about 110hp standard lol

Honestly i wish i had bother the sohc & dohc

I like the interior of the DOHC 1.6 but i hate the front seats. I like the dohc 110 hp but the BPT isnt a plug & play like the SOHC.

YOU can do a seach VAUGN (yoda) has posted some great info on the 1.5l DOHC

Lol, where can I find a new motor... seeming mine is only a 88 hp. But thank you for clarifying that... at least I have 88 over 80 WooT!. But yeah in all seriousness where can I get a better motor. Doesn't a ford probe have the same motor? vigorously correct me if I am wrong please. lol
