ok im pissed of i dont know how to fix the high pitced noise and its getting under my skin simce i love music

any way im going to change all the wires and stuff but i dont no how to remove the wires from the cd player and how to remove the dash boad under the stearing wheel ,

also i found a switch thingy under the wheel , what is that ?

any one have a step by step on how to change the wires ?

It's pretty simple to remove the lower dash panel if you actually take a look. There's one phillips screw on the bottom right hand side. Then remove the panel that's parallel to your driver door when it's closed. There's two more phillips screws behind that. Loosen the nut on your hood release cable and remove it from the panel. Then lift the panel from the bottom, or wherever you want to and pull it out until the clips at the top come out.

What do you mean by removing the wires from the cd player? If you're getting a high pitched noise with the engine running, you've probably got either a ground loop, or if you're running component speakers your RCA's are run too close to your amp power cable. It's hard to diagnose your problem if you're not clear on what system comonents you have.

Removing wires from the CD player will likely NOT do anything.

well im not really sure , i dont have much experience with car stereos
any way all i can say is that there thin wires and there was a thing that looks like it had a wrentch head ( a u desgin ) but thats it , ill post pics up a.s.a.p

If you love music, you'd buy an Alpine deck and new speakers, and have a pro install it... That'd get you perfect results
