[WTB] Rear defrost switch

Looking for a rear defrost switch assembly from 94+ models (with the new dash design).
Old models (which include the hazard switch) are also workable.

I am a little concerned about shipping from canada - would i have to pay extra tax here to get the parts?
Otherwise it sounds like a good deal (Do you take paypal?).
