possible clutch slipping?

when i step on the gas the rpm jumps about 100rpm then its fine, just when you step on the gas. it also feels when first stepping on the gas the rpms move slightly quicker then slow to normal you can only just notice it. do you think the clutch is going. i tired putting the car in forth gear with handbrake on and giving it a little acceleration and the engine cut out.

i forgot to add before the clutch did this whenever i stepped on the gas the engine would jerk a bit but it does'nt now. the clutch is only 2 months old. i have noticed when starting the car you can feel the engine turning over through the clutch pedal.
