In SLAP on the ac 190 ( audio control 190 ) I hit 149.3 in the "legal position" on the dash with a single 15" sub. This league goes by speaker size and quantity.

In Usac on the TL ( Term Lab ) I hit 150 on the floor with the same single 15" sub with 2 kicker 1200.1 amps rated for 300watts rms @ 4 ohms.
This league goes by rms 4 ohm power rating and classifies you by total power. You can use as many subs as you want.

The 150 db I did in USAC is currently the USAC R.I. state record for the 301-900 watt modified class. It was also done without the use of a "wall"

Just so you know however I compete professionally and the results I get are not a representative of what you would see in an average everyday driver as the usability of the car has been limited to a 2 seater to facilitate the installation.

143-145db would be a realistic # for a an everyday driver although unsafe for your ears for everyday usage.

Forgot to mention on the old audiocontrol mic which is used more by local stereo shops i hit 156db on the floor. This meter is off roughly by 6db compared to the newer "legal" meters( ac 190 and TL ). The bad thing is if you test on that and hit like 150db you will be greatly dissapointed when you go to a "real" competition other than some local stereo shop event.
