question about body kits on my Mx3

Post by ottozoom »

I was wondering how the FX Design body kits would be for my MX 3 ...I was told I was to use bondo when installing it ..While on there site it looks pretty simple on how to install the front bumper and the side...Is it easy to install or do I need professionals to install it?Please help Thanks Dwayne

I got a BC2 front end on my car and it was a few hours of installing but it was stright up bolt on no bondo needed. I am going to by the full body kit here tomorrow. But with my body kit it was really easy not problems. But with that kit I have no idea if there is going to be any issues. Its one of those things you have to buy it and find out kind of a thing.

Unless they fixed the molds in the past few years there are/ were a few defects that usually require a long of prep time for the FX kits to fit and look good. Also FX uses a lot of high build primer (spray-on light weight bondo) to bulk up their product.
