92 MX-3 for sale

Hey everyone. I'm selling my 92 MX-3. It's beige metallic with tan cloth interior. <BR>It's got approximately 226,000 miles on it. It runs fine, but needs a little cosmetic work to be 'pretty!' (very small dent on back bumper, tear on driver seat, replace glass under spoiler, and black plastic spoiler)<BR>We just put a new alternator on it over the summer. It's a 4 cyl and has always had great gas mileage.<BR>I loved this car, but had to switch to a bigger car when I had my son and my husband took over this one. He's not as nice to cars as me, and is now threatening to call one of those "Pick A Parts" places to come get it. We've considered donating it to a charity, but have been told that sends up 'red flags' to the IRS. We could claim the entire blue book value of car.<BR>Blue book is $1500 (fair condition on their list), but I'm asking $1000.<BR>I'm north of Houston, Texas. I'd so much rather have an enthusiast buy it and be nice to it.
