lmao... thats funny cause my old boss drove one and was gay.

And the older generations were better.

And if there is a pop top version of a car, get it, not the hard top.

eee I dunno... my brother has the gay covnertible one 4 cyl tho.. SLOW as hell.. the v6 are sorta ok. Well at least at my altitude they dont run that good. I do like the aftermarket support tho. Cheap and fast to find. Can be made fast easy.

Are you one of them?

the gts is 218hp stock, and lighter than the spyder if anyone cares.

I guess they are like that because they are quite heavy?

its definately heavier than the mx but its not all that heavy really. Very rigid fun to drive and still insurable for those of us under the age of 25. Plus the gts has leather interior and a great sound system! Anyway I love the car but id still buy another mx if i could afford to!

I think Mitsu needs to work on the output of that 3L motor. Also, they can only handle less than 5 psi boost before you blow the bottom end (crap). 10/1 compression is not really impressive in modern sports coupes and the weight gives good acceleration for a FWD, but makes it handle like crap too.
They do sound nice with headers and exhaust and yours is a nice example, but I cannot give the basic car props.

I have a 01' spyder GT, and honestly it is quite nice other than the crappy handling. aftermarket all the way, 18" wheels and Proxy 4's kinda help. i put an injen intake on it and new slotted and drilled brembo rotors all the way around. but havent done much else to it yet. i have had it for like 3 years now. its the wifes car, so i dont touch it too much. definatly stock for stock fater than any base MX3. i love the sound of it as well. mine is one of the few 01 GT spyders with none cali smog control, so that means 10 extra ponies. next thing on the list for it is custom headers, full 3" exhaust all the way back, and soem AGX's and Eibach's. should sound and handle nice.

What springs did you use, the Sports, or the Pro's?

its lookin nice

i went with the pro kit because of the snow here
i have had it out at some wild speeds through the corners and it handles real nice now, especially with the new tires! i still want to add a rear strut tower brace but that will come! do you have any pics of yours?

thanks for the comments!

(even you lakersfan) lol every one is entitled to their opinions!

hahahahahaha.... no.

Better than the UK? probably. But it's hard to compare since the selection is so different. Plus think about Japan and the cool stuff they get. Focus your envy on them.
