Pics of anti-drop shifter bracket?

well my shifter extension rod fell again and this time i had to use something to hold it up, very ghetto, but i was wundering how much better the anti drop bracket is and what it looks like, does anyone have pictures of this installed and/or uninstalled???? if so thank you alot.

i gutta ask some technicall information so if someone wants to move this go for it. does this have any flaws? like vibration???? cuz i have a cheap metal piece that i made and it vibrates loudly. and it comes loose but im sure this one wont.

i punched 4 self taping screws into the floor to hold mine up.
