That's an odd looking car. The rear reminds me a bit of a Peugeot. Looks good lowered though. :2thumbsup: Could be lowered a bit more at the rear.

I'm assuming the rear will settle abit more. Always does.

Nice ride tho, lookin' good. What are your other plans? I've heard that they're fast cars, but what about handling?

The springs have settled as much as they are going too.

My plans, are up in the air right now. It definitely needs bigger rims, the stock 17" are sooo small.

Ive been looking at various 18" and 19" rims. Trying to get ahold of someone about a bodykit. He got sponsorship from a Bodykit company, and wrote his car off the day before the kit arrived so he is selling it at half the retail price.

Defintely want a Carbon Fiber hood.

As for handling, its really tight... feels amazing with the lowering kit, cant wait for the matching 3-way adjustable rear sway bar which is in the mail.

As for speed, it pulls. And it sounds so mean when MIVEC kicks in.
I raced my friends Cobalt SS Supercharged and beat him 4 of the 4 races we had. between 3-4 car lengths each race. The last race I blew my shift into 3rd gear and still beat him by a fender.

The kit Im thinking about:

No one has posted pictures of that kit on a car painted. Only mounted un-painted.

I will probably keep the color I have, I love Titanium pearl

263hp/260 Torque

The Injen CAI made a difference in power, and made MIVEC sound mean as all hell.

Those numbers from a 3.8L stink. I know it is factory, but whew...
Add 3500 pounds of butt to lug around and you have one heavy squashed Beetle.
