RE-PAINT?!

Hi everybody... hope u can help!!... ok I live in Panama... but in january of 2007 im going to live in miami florida... everybody told me that painting a car in us it cost to much money... ok in panama its around $700 - 2000 depending on the size and the color... for example a mazda mx-3 that i want to paint in white or red... somebody that have re-painted his car please tell me how much do you spent!!
