gauges lights

Post by Beebo »

ok i recently bought a 93 gs. and i have noticed that the gauges have already been replaced by the last owner.
here is what they look like.

but i have also noticed that when i turn my lights on they dont turn the cool blue color. instead its the stock green lights...
so i was woundering if anyone else has this gauge cover and how they made it to turn the blue color.

Thanks

So they only turn green? Look around under your dash to see if there is a inverter, there should be one thgat comes with the guages to change them from green to blue, check it out.

It should already have an inverter because the guages come with them, but maybe yours has stopped working. My boyfriend had his fry, so he just bought a new one and wired it up and has no problem since.
Hope that helps.

Sounds like you might have just the gauge overlays . They were made By SRD performance like 4-5 years ago and only sold a limited amount. They were just overlays and still light up like stock
