well , i can travel to anywhere in the mainland UK , as i will prob fly over , and take the car and ferry back .
have been looking at a couple on ebay , and am goin to tel a few people 2moro
any other things i should look out for when buying ? , and what is likley to go wrong with them ??

I thought the import 4 cyl mx-3 was a 1.5 ???
If its a import it will be badged as autozam or eunos, and will be in Km
I rekon you should hold out, there are plenty of black v6 around its just a case of waiting for the right one.

im down in Monaghan with my 91 Red V6 MX-3 if you want any help with finding 1, mine is in Excellent condition so it would give you an idea of what to look for maybe?

My 2 cents is have a really good look for rust especially around the suroof and windscreen. Service history and cam belt changes are a must too. You should be able to get a 96 V6 with less than 80k on it for 1500 quid or an older one for 1200. Ferry leaves Larne for Stranraer or vice versa. I'd go autotrader rather than bidding personally.
