06 miata fenders

Is there any way possible, preferably easy, way to put the 'o6 miata feanders on a mx-3? If so, can any one come up with pics?

They are a different size, different shape, and different cut. Body work would need to be done. It would probly be easier to just pay a body shop to mold some overfenders on.
