im new and i have a funny story bout my new mx3

hey im new to the forum and joined it b/c i bought a 93 v6 mx3. i bought it a week ago and drove it to my street parked it down the street b/c i haven't told my parents that i bought it. i put my buddies plates on it so it wouldn't get towed away while it stayes there b/c i don't have time till sat to fix the thermostat, ball joints, an exhaust leak and the lights. but seeing that we live in a world where no one minds there own business and in a world where ppl don't like other ppls cars parked infront of their houses they call the cops. what do the cops do, they run the plates and guess what they don't matchg the car. so the tow it. now i have to go to the police station and explain my situation and pay 210 bux to get it out of the impound. what a day for me eh. but anyways s--- happens and life goes on so just want to say hi to everyone and look forward to posting.

That was pretty mean Andrew. Have you never done anything stupid. It was stupid, but that is why it is a "funny story".

Good luck with your car. You should also go tell the neighbor about what was going one so that when they see the car later they don't freak out again.
