I bought the blue ones - they look good but they are pretty much crap - the second day on the car low beam filaments got fried. High beams still working (3 months). IMO you would be better off buying a good quality bulb or better yet get an alternator upgrade and/or new battery/ground kit.

Does upgrading your altenator and switching ground kits make a big difference with the electric?

If you have an RS you can swap in a GS alternator and get about 20 more amps. If you have a GS i think you can get a millenia alternator and get more amps. The factory ground system would have corroded to hell considering you have a 14 year old car. Even if you could clean up all ground points, the general consensus on this forum is that the factory ground wires are inadequate. So adding something like 6-10 AWG ground wires would definitely help. Do a search on "alternator swap" or "ground wire kits" in the search page and you will have all the info you need.

The reson the pinik and blue aren't really pink and blue is that is illegal. No red lighting above the side mirros. Blue is purply illegal. ESPICALLY flashing red or blue. Ne ways i know on someo f the ebay auctions it shows what color they glow.

Lance, Lance, Lance, Had you gone to the correct forum (Electrical) before the purchase you would have found all the answers you were looking for and quite probably could have saved yourself some money. I posted a shatload of reference material and links as well as Taras and Grant's. There's an obvious reason why a lot of us advocate the use of the search function and the merits within. It's not too late to check that out to decide your next plan of action. g/l
