Want to install a CDplayer : How do I remove the stock radio

Post by Silverthorn »

I own a 1995 Mazda precidia.

I want to install a new CD player that I will receive for xmas.

I have no clue on how to remove the stock radio cassette that came with the car. I see now screws or ways to remove the side panels.

Anyone can guide as to how to access the screws to remove the radio (or if there are any screws).

A little helps for xmas? :)

cut a wire coat hanger into 4 equal 10cm rods. Stick them into the 4 holes on the stock stereo(u may have to remove the rubber dust covers if they r there with a pin) and gently tug on them outwards or inwards and pull out. Easy.
