Looking for a Telus cell phone

Hey;

I'm stuck in a telus contract for another 9 months (yep I'm counting down the days...... )

My phone is dying:
1. telus called and asked to update the phone (now I get a lot more dropped calls. I've already milked this one and got two months free)
2. And most importantly the battery is not holding the charge anymore

So I'm looking for a V710 or a similiar phone, that I can use till the end of my contract.

But them I'm dumpin' em.

(I would have posted in the sell forum, but I'm also just looking for info to get a phone - and specific to Canada the Telus network)

Incidently, you can use a Bell phone on the Telus Network I'm quite sure. Both use CDMA phones (as opposed to GSM).. so if you have an old Bell phone, you should just be able to give them the ESN and have it put on service.

CDMA phones are harder to come by. make sure it's unlocked. then call telus, and they'll activate it for you.

I got some hook ups from a guy out in alberta or something. Go a motorola v710. Should be fun to play with for a year.

then gsm all the way!!!!
