Oil Problem

I am encountering a similar problem. I don't burn oil but it's all over the cross member and on the ground. What I did was took off all the under plastic pieces that cover everything up, Looked around and saw nothing then I started the car , waited a few minutes while it warmed up , let it idle at 700 and looked under it while it was running. I seen fresh clean oil being shot out from the oil filter gasket area. I am trying to figure out if I just had a bad oil filter or if the seal area is warped and not allowing a 100% seal.

Might want to look at that.
