Yesterday, I went to this Mazda sponsored event to get people to try to buy new Mazdas. I went just to see, expecting tame test drives. Well, they had a whole fleet of 15 brand new 2006 Miatas and a SCCA style track set up. They let us FLOG these new Miatas all day long. From 8AM - 5PM, people just kept getting in line all day long. I turned off the stability control and had them going sideways in the corners, and the tail fishtailing all day. They gave you lap times, and people were competing for top times all day. Someone blew one of them up towards the end of the day. Started spitting smoke, and just stooped. It was WICKED! They still haven't gone through D.C. or New York for anyone interested.

They also had 'driving school' with RX8's on a SCCA track with a trained driver sitting shotgun. You could also take out new 3's, 5's, and 6's on a track too, but it was the Miata track that kicked a--.
