This Stupid Piece!!!

anyone in the gta got this piece for a 4cyl. not sure if there is a difference in models. I need it ASAP, cause apparently my rad cant get mounted properly without it...

Its the black piece with the little warning label on it...

i also need another piece its like a thin metal rod that goes right above the bumper where the hood and bumper meet... ill get a pic in the morning.
