No, no, no...

The rear bumper and the sides skirts were very much in production when he put them on his car. I know because his car was fitted with them in Canada when mine were being shipped.

I was working with FX Designs at the time with some deals and one of the girls there took pics of the car and sent it to me when the finished fitment, at the time the car was white with blue flames.

The front was also in production when he picked it up, but it seemed so new because the car is rare and when he put in the new front (he used to have the FX Designs combat front, just like I did) he had the car resprayed with that new color (It's from a ferrari or porsche or something)

Ironically that same article gies him credit for developing the big brake kit, which is not true, I was the one that called the company, it was actually the gentleman there who figured out all the components from my inquiry, we spent 2 hours on the phone working the whole thing out, but then he gave me the cost...WOW...crazy. I went and spoke to a few people and they were like what the hell you need a big brake kit for? You can use that money for soemthing else, I got an engine instead. Anyways, he didn't develop it, he was just the first to buy it.

I don't have anything against that car, nor the owner past or present, but as said, there are a lot of MX-3's out there, people who have developed everything in that car with the exception of the dash and sound enclosure in the trunk...It always seemed he got credit for things he didnt innovate. And it is not like the car isnt bad a-- and that he did not deserve credit, but give credit where credit is due.

Sorry guys, I just posted what I've read in his magazine and web articles.

I've never been a huge fan of the car. I feel there were/are better MX-3's out there but I guess his is just a case of "right place, right time" and maybe he put a little more effort into getting noticed. (Not that he doesn't deserve it.)

Someone plz remind me what all this arguing about who had what bumper first is for? Does it really matter who had the first MP5-style bumper? Just be glad it was actually made :D
