All Car Clubs planning on attending this event is asked to submit an email to events-promo@torontomazda3.com with number of attendees. All attendees will get a goodie bag as a thank you for attending. The location has the capacity for approximately 300 vehicles.

Awards will be given out in the following categories as voted by attendees:
Best Mazda3
Best Mazda6
Best Miata
Best Protege
Best RX-8
Best RX-7
Best Other
Best of Show

Agenda:
11am – 12pm – Roll-in
12pm – 2:30pm – People’s choice judging takes place
2:30pm – 3:30pm – Tallying of the votes
3:30pm – 4pm – Award presentations
5:00pm – Roll-out

Costs:
Admission Into Facility: $4.25/Adult, $3.25/Senior (65+ Years), $2.25/Child (>=5 Years), Free Admission for VIP/Sponsors.
BBQ Rental: $55
Charcoal: $10
BBQ Rental & Charcoal: $60

Notes & Reminders:
EVENT LOCATION AND DATE CONFIRMED! BBQs will be available for rental for this event. Rental requests required. Attendees are responsible for bringing their own food, chairs etc.

Oh no!!!! The MX3, MX6 and the 323 have all be relegated to other status.....don't I feel like a second class citizen now. Don't think it'll stop me from attending.....hey maybe it will change....besides it's nice to meet some of the other Mazda clan based on my experience with the RX7/RX8 meet - very nice bunch of people.

....My bday is on the Sunday tho!!!

hahahah thats a good one......but ya i didnt actually realize that theres no category for the mx3's!! WHAT IS THAT???? I think that needs to be changed! I mean I can't compete with some many categories!

probably because of the turnout from last year (a-hem....3 of us).
we need to get a list of definates and send to the organizers; prove that we're NOT "others"

Hi all, thanks for the interest so far! Yes, please maintain a rollcall list in this thread for the purposes of indicating how many will be attending! Nothing personal and definitely no offense in placing MX-3 as "Other."

well....with the assumption that everyone who posted and DIDN'T say that they WEREN'T coming....we have five.
if we go w/ the definates only....we're at three.

common guys, we'v got to represent this year, or else we'll stay "other"

looks like theres a problem...i really want to go to the Meet of Mazdas this year but it looks like it falls on the same day as the CSCS show in Cayuga. Now I dont know what to do!! My team wants me to go to this CSCS event sicne I havent really been to any shows this year. I will try to work something out. I mean this meet is way closer then cayuga...so I dotn know yet what I am going to do!!

IM SOOOOOOOOOOOO there!!!! Very excited but sucks that they are grouping the mx's as other....seriously this is a meeting of the mazdas and they are grouping 5 types of cars together...get real!!

Ok...so how much interest is there in this? maybe someone should take the 'leader" roll and start a new thread? I for sure am going to this, and I'm pretty sure DavidOS is too, and maybe some other london peeps too.

Now to start working on the car...
