 By all means George, do it up!!! We all would love to see it. And I'm not being sarcastic, from the looks of it on that V8SHO site the engine might fit in.

 Get er' done...
When this thing hits 88mph, you're gonna see some serious TIHS...!

yowza... Not familiar with a v8 smaller than the 3.4 (not that comes to mind quickly, at least) other than exotic car use... I believe ferrari has used a 3.2 v8 if I'm not mistaken... sure it would fit... Here's how I figure... The taurus engine bay is no wider than the mx-6 engine bay, which is barely wider than the MX-3 engine bay... :) There would probably be a slight modification to the engine mounts, and a day or two spent doing measurements and calculations to make it fit properly, but it's a very compact motor... you figure that Yamaha specializes in making small motors.... and high performance ones at that... it's going to be a nice one :) from what I've read, it's a near-silent motor that is smooth as silk, and engineered like nobody's business :) that spells out fun to me :)

Lamborghini made a 1994 cc V8 for the Urraco. They made that engine for the Italian market Urraco because the 2.0 liter engines have less taxes than thier 2.5 or 3.0 liter V8's they offered in the same car in the U.S.
