tranny prob?

hey, I'm new to this site , and I just bought a 95 dohc 1.6L.

My question is , whenever I shift gears and let out the clutch, the car will
jump. It just does not shift smoothly, I mean it's smooth when I put it
in gear, just not when I let out the clutch. It does this in all gears.

I hope yall can understand this, I love this car and want to fix it.

I forgot to say that when im accelerating is when it does it.

Say I goto shift into second gear, I push in clutch shift to 2nd let out clutch
then it jumps, It does this in all the gears when accelerating.

It's a rough jump. I dont really know how to decribe it.

I don't really know a whole lot about cars, so I may be wrong here, but maybe the motor mounts need to be replaced? Something similar happened on my old car, the jumping you talk about. Turned out be be motor mounts.

I'll try to replace the motor mounts then, If that isn't the prob atleast i'll
have new ones on. Thank yall
