I'm not sure of the right connection for checking engine code.
Could please confirm that :
- TEN should be connected to GND
- and the 12v lamp or LED between FEN and GND

I believe that you have a similar situation as those that have done the ZE swap and are using the KL31/KL36 ECU. The CEL indication is not available and must be accessed via the diag box. I need to know the exact information also since I recently installed a KL31 ECU. I vaguely remember hearing about utilizing an LED with an inline resistor and jump across 2 terminals in the diag box. I'm not sure of which diag box terminals or the values of the resistor/LED. Good question Eric.Eric wrote:On my european MX3 (france) there is unfortunely no CEL.
