Mobile 1 synthetic gear oil

i always thought that mobile 1 is not suited for our transmissions because of it's sulfur content. in clubprotege, they say this statement is false? so could i use mobile 1 gear oil?

Hmm, that wasn't enough to convince me its ok.... Is there a reason you want to use it? Otherwise I'd err on the safe side and stick with something thats known and proven.
