then it is definitely your CTS. Replace it, it can royally screw with how your car runs.
Also, whens the last time the O2's were replaced? If you haven't done it yet, replace those.
Fan relay might have something to do with the CTS not working. the IAT isn't much to worry about, maybe the dealership screwed up the valve when they cleaned it
