I have no need for it, and I don't want a bad reputation. However, I will not be sending the mounting nuts since I will need them for when I finally get a hatch garnish. You can get the nuts at home depot. Have fun. Is the address I have for you still good?

If the seller made the claim that the garnish was in perfect condition, then it's his fault (since, obviously it wasn't and he should have been more careful). Likewise, it is your fault for not returning a broken product. Your attempt to salvage the mounting points tells us you were OK enough with the garnish to fix it and then put it on your car. As aggravating as having your spoiler fly off might be, the smarter move woulda been to tell him the product was other than what was described. Get your money back and move on.

i made a visit to 2fazed yesterday, and we traded some stuff.. i gave him my old K8 (just the block, etc) and my stock springs, and he gave me his hatch shade, an intake filter, some drilled rotors, and some broken gts tinted headlight covers. lol it's not like it was an even trade for money or anything.. we just needed stuff, or wanted to get rid of stuff.. so we swapped parts. he's a really cool guy, and hella understanding when it comes to deals. i dont see why this is happenin. mx3man why dont u just send back the garnish if it's broken and you can't use it? that's what people usually do when they buy something that's broken (they return it) and since you didnt lose any money on it (2fazed did) why are you complaining? you're up a garnish, while he's down a spoiler.
