Register for a topic

Is there anyway that you can somehow register for a topic? Where it will send u an email if someone has reply'd to someone else's topic. Im trying to make it easy to understand but for example.......i reply in someone else's topic...either an opinion or a question....and i forget that i even posted there. I think a reminder (email) would help out alot.
I tend to forget where i reply.

Some type of registration would be helpful.
