short shifter...

how would i cut the auto shifter but keep the button and stuff in th esame spot? i wanna keep the stock look. i mean damn the thing is long as hell!

if you want rip the center console out to get to the shifter and cut it down, only thing is the wires running down the post for the hold button which you can disconnect when you cut.

You could always just reattach the wires after you cut them. Its not really that big of a deal. Just be sure to leave 3-4" of room to reattach your shifter. If you cut too low you wont be able to enter D-1-2 :eek:
