KLZE $1000cnd good price? (posiblity of a group buy)

going to put this out there for the toronto club

ok i have talked to a conpany in toronto, and they can get me a KLZE for $1000cnd, if i want a tranny its another $600cnd for a 5-speed...

It dose not come with the ecu but would this still be a good price...

I know i don't need the tranny...

Just wanted to know if other places sell them(tranny and/or ecu) with the engine?

where dose everyone else get there engines?

where is a good place to get an ecu?
(just talked to them again ecu's $250cnd when they get them in stock)

there is the posiblity of a group buy making the price even lower...

seeing as I'm going to need a new engine soon (made the mistake of taking my car to speedy cause I didnt have time to fix it myself about 5 years ago and now theres many stripped bolts) I'd be interested but I'd need a time to give you a definite response before I can say go for it for sure

I think that is a good price for the engine. I have never bought one from there, but I came across this other website that has engines. http://www.jspecauto.com/default.aspx I have never bought from them either, just a point of reference. If this deal develops I might be interested as well. What time frame are you looking at, for comittment as well as delivery? I am sure that there are other deals out there as well, maybe contact others and use them as leveage to get an even better deal. I live in London ON and we have an import wrecker here so I will contact them to see what they have to offer.

I bought my motor from them. Mine was actually cheaper! But I havn't installed it yet. They wanted way too much for a 5 speed. I didn't ask about the lsd because it's my understanding that you'd need custom axles.
