He's a friend of mine, so I'll ask him and get back to you.
I dont get to post often, but here's my take on this whole situation.....

What the hell is going on here guys? It seems like all everyone wants to do is nit pick and "bash" one another.....why is this? I understand that when you get a group of people who hardly know eachother together that there are going to be conflict's of interest and what not, but all you have to do is have a little class and keep your knowingly rude comments to yourself. (ie, your opinion of what cars were better than others, your opinion that engine mods are better than body mods, hear say about who said what.....etc.....) It's one thing to have an opinion, but its another thing to totally disregard the feelings of others......everyone has their own taste, and if its not yours, keep your opinion to yourself.
About the Sunday meets........I've had numerous people complain to me that they come out and no-one is around.....what are we going to do about this guys? Go back to the way it was last year and make it more casual rather than an obligation? We didn't have to "pre-post" about meets last year, we all just knew that everyone would be there, right? Why can't this work again?
Honestly guys, I come out on Sundays and chat on this board for fun, I like everyone on here for different reasons and I thouroughly enjoy the amount of great people I've met through this board. But if stuff like this continues I am going to withdraw myself for the Toronto Club and this board, as I am sure quite a few other people will as well.
So lets seriously try to work on our club, I know that it can be so much better!
*Stacey*

Stacey I hear ya, I liked the couple of meets that I came to back in the day, I mean the dave and buster meet was great time I think by all ( the night we had the rx-7's join us) I mean right there we obviously have people with faster cars than us and they were still cool enough to just chill with us have a beer and talk about our cars together rather than have them go and be like oh our cars are so much better than yours you all suck why don't any of you have engine work done blah blah blah. Personally I wouldn't mind still coming out to some of your meets to see what you guys are doing to your cars nowadays and I I wouldn't mind chatting to some of the people that I meet when I did come to the meets. Everyone seemed cool and just wanted to share ideas and have a relaxing time enjoying something that we all had in common. Now it's like people are all *****y and that if you car isn't done up it shouldn't be there. Or if they have a done up car they shouldn't show up cause they are too good for the rest of the group. I mean that is total BS with the tiburon group we are all just a bunch of people that go out and hang and have fun, weither we have the v6 or the i4 or some done up "fast and the furious" machine. Like really what does it matter, your there to chill and meet new people. I know at our last meet we had over 15 cars there and more than half of them didn't even have any kind of body/engine work done to them. Hell I would even come out to some of the remaining mx-3 meets if I didn't think that I would get insulted cause I drive a tibby from some of the lame *** stupid fu≤kers on this board that think they are better than everyone and their mother.

We just need to come together and stop putting each other in different classes, ie: show and no go, go and no show, the ultimate car....all show and all go, and the stock look. Just a few categories that i noticed.
We are all mx-3 owners....im a little pissed at dj paws (Mike, bought my rear strut bar off of you) seem like a cool guy, but now ur saying pretty much that u have more respect for the guys with the clean look and lots of power, and if you don't have that, then u suck.......reall nice message to put across bro.
LIke Stacey said , keep your opinions to ur self, what you said in no way does it help the problem, now does it?
Anyways, like i said, lets just start meeting up again and havin fun, not catagorizing each other...pretty lame.
The sad thing is that I was in Barrie last weekend, usually always there and we had the best meet ever, 20 times better than the big mississauga meet..people were just havin fun and never thought anyone was better or not, just we all loved our cars and making them the way we wanted them....in other words, tuning them. Which includes bodykits, rims, interior work and engine work, NOT JUST ENGINE WORK
anyways, like i once said a few months ago, lets all just get smashed together! lol! Wait thats my solution to everything.....lol
All in all, I've been trying to organize this club for a while now with others, lets just keep meeting up, remeber, its still early in the season.....there will be alot of great meets ahead of us, and NO the location wil NOT change. I discussed this with Andrew. I used to Drive a hour drive every sunday last year to come to the meets, Im sure you can dive from Toronto, and if not fine, whatever, we'll all still have fun, its not like if you don't come, then the whole meet sucked.
later :D

I totally agree with what DVH said, cars should not be put into classes, but enjoy it for what the owner intended it for. Most people have put a lot of time and work into their cars, but in most cases, that is what they like, so that should be respected. I had just as much fun talking with somebody that had a totally stock MX as I did with somebody that had gone all out on theirs. I really enjoyed the meet because of that, and myself, I find it an excellent group to be with.
Second, I had a thought regarding the location of the meets. I know that people come from all over to meet up, so why don't we have meets in different places once and a while. For example, one week Woodbridge, another week Mississauga, then Whitby. My thoughts are that if we bring the meet closer to some people, they would consider coming out, and then if they like it, they will keep coming out, even to the other cities. Myself, I think that this would make a difference in the turnout.
Another idea is to have activities at the meets. Last winter, we went go-karting, and that was a lot of fun! Other ideas could be like a BBQ, mini golf, batting cages, just different things. One meet could be a "clean up your car day/evening" when everybody gets together, and like it says, clean up the cars (I know that there are many people that know tips and tricks for making their car look good, so those ideas can be shared) I think this will also bring out more people, because IMO a lot of people don't like to just stand around and talk.
I just thought I would like to share my ideas and thoughts on the topic.
