battery level was low, so it wouldnt turn the engine ( i dunno how to explain) as it should,,,
so when i tried to start the car several times, the only i did was flood the cylinders with fuel,,
the way out of it is too long to explain,, try to empty the cylinders somehow,,, :D

The battery was low so it couldn't crank fast enough to start the engine, it would just spray fuel and flood the cylinders with gas, also the spark plugs were just changed and the gaps were all off.
Charged the battery, removed the plugs and re-gaped them, dried off the the gas from the plugs, removed the fuel pump relay and ceanked the engine for 30sec to clear out all the gas in the cylinders, re-installed the plugs and the fuel pump relay.
cranked the car over and worked the throttle untill it started, then reved the snot out of it to clear the cylinders of any fuel that remained.
