here in US you can find H&R's around $200 and ST's for like $150

H&R's are known to make the highest quality springs. Some would argue that H&R springs are better quality than Eibachs.<p>Suspension Techniques isn't exactly well known for their quality, more their price advantage. They arne't bad springs however. They aren't like arospeeds, which are just half-assed springs that are wideneded civic springs to fit a MX3. The ST springs actually have the spring rates that you'd want.<p>I have Sprint Springs on my car...the car looks slammed too. They are as stiff as the stock springs. I wouldn't recommend them mainly b/c you scrape way too much with them, and that gets annoying fast.<p>ST's run about 150ish in the states, and H&R's can be had for about 180. Sprints can be had for 160-170. I bought mine for 118 though back when the prices for them were lower. I don't know why but the prices skyrocketed as of late.

Bascially if you just want a spring for you're general in-town putter, get Suspension Techniques...

you like to take things i say literally don't you.<p>I mean arospeed gets the measurments of the strut perch, and designs a spring wide enough to fit a mx3, but it uses civic springrates.<p>Gee, i guess i have to clarify every f**king thing for you don't I?
