boost controllers/adjustment

Post by Shady469 »

for right now im gonna have to settle for a manual boost controller. are there any that are more outstanding than the rest?<BR>also, when adjusting a manual boost controller how do you tell how much boost youve tuned it to? should you have a gauge in the bay and rev the motor up or what?

If you are doing anything to the boost, get a gauge mounted in the car. I have a TurboXS MBC that works really well. Depending on the controller, one turn equals one psi increase. You are able to tell what you turned your boost too while driving, your max boost will be higher on the gauge that you should have installed.
