Turbo for 2.5L?
Let me Start off by saying I know absolutely squat all about turbo's.
If I was to get a turbo, after I swap to a stick, what kind would I look for(t3/t4 etc.)?
I was just goofin around on ebay and they don't seem that expensive, I guess it must be all the modifying that makes them costly for the MX-3?

I always see Dave referring a book to people, but i forget the name of it.
Turbos really aren't that expensive..i have a t25 off of a 95 Eclipse if you really want one ($250), but you'd need the custom exhaust manifold, probably a fuel pump, intercooler, and whatever other piping is required...that's where most of the money goes

the book is maximum boost by corky bell. it's a smart investment if you want to learn about turbos.
Fast imports only come on two wheels.

If you're willing to spend $2000 for a home made turbo setup, wouldn't it make sense to buy a $30 book to help?

I agree. Dave as well as Sean Matthews recomended the book to me, and it is an essential if you want to know anything about turbo's. I got it for $24 off of www.booksamillion.com (a company I would NEVER do business with again) and it is a great book.
