vj14 turbo problem

For all you turbo gurus out there, I have a dumb question so dont laugh to soon. I purchased a vj14 turbo, exhaust manifold, downpipe (which I probably will replace) for $100.00. Good deal I thought, but I am look at the turbo and thinking that it will be needing to be rebuilt.<BR>First question how much to rebuild a vj14 turbo?<BR>Second question is there any good sites to find info on this turbo, such as is this thing water cooled, because see the oil tubes, and where the wastegate is and the exhause in/out and the where the compressed air goes but I still have two pipes left.<BR>I will try to get a pic up if it helps.

For a good rebuild, go to <A HREF="http://www.dallasturbo.com." TARGET=_blank>www.dallasturbo.com.</A> I think the guy's name is Mike, he knows these turbos quite well. You could even get him to make it to a VJ11/14 hybrid to help with spool up, this is a very popular setup for the GTX guys.
