NOS question
I know some1 who is selling a zex nitrous kit...and for it to work, your TPS (throttle position sensor) must put out 4.5 volts at Wide Open Throttle. Anyone know what a GS puts out??? Thanks...
[ October 14, 2001: Message edited by: Bri94GS ]

Re: NOS question
Hey man,
If you check in a clymers manual look under the troubleshooting guide. It should tell you how to check the voltage and what it is supposed to be. If you cant find it let me know and I think i can look at mine. Good luck.

quote:
Originally posted by Bri94GS:
I know some1 who is selling a zex nitrous kit...and for it to work, your TPS (throttle position sensor) must put out 4.5 volts at Wide Open Throttle. Re: NOS question
Sweet...thanks Dave....4.5v it is...
zex nitrous kit coming soon...watch out now
Re: NOS question
You can also test this by hooking up a Voltmeter to the wires (can't remember which ones) on the TPS and then using your hand to open up the throttlebody (I am sure you know how to open the throttlebody using the linkage). This way, you can be sure that you have the correct volts.
