GROUP BUY: Leather or CF Vinyl E-brake Boot for SRD handle

Post by Taras »

Here is the thread:
http://www.mx-3.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=20738

I hope to get ten people for this. If it will be a success there may be a possibility to get a GB on the seat re-upholstery kits.

Any questions could be emailed (taras@mx-west.com) to me or posted here for discussion.

Regards,

Seat re-upholstery kit would be very cool. But they would have to be for the new generation (F/L) seats also.... :)

What's new generation (F/L) seats? the ones for

Micv - Alright, I got it. We just never use f/l abbreviation for the facelift, nor does the facelift term is used often. It's a European thing I guess. To answer your question. The only pattern that he has is for 92-93 seats from my car. I will talk to him, see if can make a pattern for F/L style. I will post about my findings later on.

Gro - I do not know about the seat re-upholstery kits. We have only talked about it brieftly. I suppost it would depend what material is used: Vinyl, Tweed or Leather. I hope that this GB will be successful and then we can look at the seats. Seems like a few interested, so it is a good sign.

More emails have been replied to. I think I have emailed everyone that emailed or PM'd me.

Shipping rates to Western Europe have been figured out and are as follows:

-AirMail E$4.54 or so, No Insurance, No Confirmation, 1-2 weeks delivery.
-Express Post E$23.96 or so, With Insurance and Confirmation, also 1-2 weeks delivery.

Cheers everybody.

List updated. We are half full. Hopefully the other half will fill-up as fast as the first. Be really nice to have it going before Christmas.

I would be interrested in a uppolstrykit for the seats for a 92 if theres some nice and durable materials to choose from and the kit looks just as nice as Original..

But if it gets somewhere with the seatkit will it only be for the frontseats, or allso top and bottomhalf of the rearseat??
