door handle disaster

so im trying to fix the handle for the window. i bought the black box with the spindle in it but not the cables. i tried to take it apart and make it work then the thing exploded on me. then i got anther spindle the lil black box the rail and the riser for it and i messed and it exploded again. the junk yard doesnt have anymore mx-3, are dealers open today? man do i suck...
