Headlight conversion?

Post by david103 »

there's been a lot of talk about new kits coming out. what about something with a HL conversion? like a Mitsu FTO front end? that would be gnarly. (the FTO isn't available in the US, so it would awesome, and when i say awesome, i mean totally sweet)
dave

when i first wanted to do a conversion, i was thinking the same s15 headlights...people said not to mess up the beauty of the oem headlights on the mx3. now it's gotten to me. im keeping the stock headlights, having the glass lenses made, then jus doing a taillight conversion. its true the oem mx3 headlights look beautiful when you think about it.
keep us updated on your progress anyway...i'd like to see how it turns out.

how much is it costing for the glass lenses? UK cars came with glass lenses as stock so if your interested I can look into sourcing some for anyone who's interested.. jst an idea - Id imagine OEM would be better quality
