talke care of leather help

driver seat side is getting worn and starting to tear it is so thin, black leather, (only worn seat) and shifter knob 5 sp,it is half torn from wear,glued on , how can i fix this, i armorall and leather polish seats. any idea?

i tried to my own interior it looked like sh*t take it to a car upholstery palce get them to re do the steat leather and buy a new shifter knob u look at 150 bucks
